How We Use AI. Mission English uses large-language-model AI to draft lesson content, exercises, and suggestions. Every AI output on this platform is Supportive Feedback — a starting point for the tutor, not a final judgment on a student.

Human Oversight. A qualified human tutor reviews all consequential outputs before they reach a student. That includes final grades, progression decisions between CEFR levels, and any high-stakes evaluation. The AI never makes those calls on its own.

Transparency. If you want to inquire about how a specific AI-generated output was produced, or ask for human review of a decision you believe relied on AI, email us at privacy@missionenglish.site.

Your Rights. Under LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (EU), you can access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete your data, object to decisions taken solely on the basis of automated processing, and receive a human review of any consequential decision we made that involved AI.
